notes and other odd occurrences

Yawn....

Still did not go to bed early last night. How can I get myself into going to bed earlier?

I try to never take naps. Although, I so want too. I was reading something somewhere where we are just killing ourselves in the long run by not sleeping as much as we should.

OK, I confess, I have this phobia about sleeping, sometimes. That I'm afraid I won't wake up or something.

I don't know why that happens. Not all the time, but sometimes, you know.

Amy I neurotic or what?

Other than that, a little stress at work. Somebody walked off the job. I got to hear a bit of a screaming match between 2 co-workers over this part-timer. The thing was the guy who was taking up for the part-timer could have had a seizure. Its like the head of the department did nothing.

So today that part-timer is back at work. I don't know anything. Actually. It was just odd at work. You know, not sure what to say and that kind of thing. I did some extra work shelving some shelves that were taken down and put up somewhere else.

Luckily, my boss took me and another co-worker to lunch(I wasn't at the sandwich place for lunch today). Maybe she was trying to show how well she gets along with her department. She's OK, for the most part, but I can see she can be a backstabber the way she's been with other co-workers.

The other shelfer I work with has a new short blond boyfriend. I thought he was the same guy from before, her first boyfriend. He's not. She'd been really tight with Kevin forever. I remember seeing them together when she just started high school. Now we are both seniors. Anyway, when Kevin started a job at this burger place he hooked up with a co-worker and well, that really was the end of Kevin and Kelsey. Then she went with all sorts of skater and athletic types for a while. The guy she was last dating broke up with her through a "text" when they went to a Jimmy Eats World concert. So anyway, the blond guy really looks so much like Kevin. They were kissing while she was at work last night in the stacks. I don't know his name yet.

Josh pretty much stays away when I'm at work. Sometimes, I think he just sleeps and then of course, he's not tired when I get off work. Then he thinks I'm good to go til two or so in the morning. And I've got to be at the lunch shift about 10:30 in the morning at the sandwich place.

A note about my driver's license. I did pass the test but now I have to wait til actually mid-September to have the real thing in my hand due to some new law in our state.

That totally sucks, but I doubt I get a car like my Dad promised. And well, I don't know if I'd have the money for gas, as it is.
