7 songs rocking my world this summer

2008-06-26

1. Walking with strangers - Birthday Massacre

Its really a cool song, but it has kind of an 80's feel too..sort of that 'kids in america' electronica thing going for it. Its cool. Love that band!

2. Boston - Augustana

Beautiful piano intro. You just love the way they put everything together. Nice, sweet, romantic.

3. homecoming - the teenagers

You hate to admit it, but you love the story, the confusion. He's thinking he's got himself an American..... & she has no idea he's French..just her English romance. Really, I could just listen to the music to this song and not the words.

4. nuclear summer - the youngblood brass band

oh wow..just love the beginning and it just gets better and better.

5. Disco - metro station

These guys are hawt! I love them so much more that "boys like girls" how could hannabeth ever left trace? go figure. He's the breathy one. Mason's the one with the melody. Put them together and you really wish you'd here trace say "SHE DRANK MORE!" instead of on the cd "She craved more...". They make summer fun.

6. Leave'n - jesse mccartney

Lets not leave out Jesse. He's still got it. Mature vocals. Catchy beat. You can't help but get into this song..and all the rest on this cd.

7. Gotta find you - Shane Gray aka joe jonas from CAMP ROCK

Oh, I know..how could I even suggest it. But, hey its summer and well, you need a song like this...for memories. heheheeee..where were you when you heard this song on the radio? The pool. At the lake. With your friends. Yeah, make summer happen with music.

Remember support your local bands in your area.
