the worry of bad weather and other stuff

Its getting warmer out. All the bad weather has gone south of us. It was one year ago that a part of the Missouri Valley flooded and a lot of home still haven't been rebuilt completely.

Then I hear about the cyclone and its like this whole world has been wiped out. Its just unthinkable and so scary.

If thats not enough, Mother's day is coming up. I'm not sure how I feel about that day. I guess I'll spend it with my sister. Although, its been ages since I've heard from her. I'm sure she'll want to do something. Although, with gas prices the way they are, she pretty much stays home lately. She seems to be more settled down now. Could it be the economy changing her? Funny, huh?

Well, at the party we went to last night, this one guy that Josh works with said he'd given up drinking. His girlfriend who he lives with is becoming a professional body waxer so they are kind of short on funds at the moment while she's in school. She can't work that many hours as she use too.

Another night of American Idol. I guess I'll record it.
